My name is Carolyn Chenery and I have been an energy worker for over 2 decades. I began my journey with feng shui and over the years have become a Usui Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Healer, Ethical Intuitive Councilor and more. My own journey into Self Care began when I was raising my children who have neurological medical conditions. When you are constantly in a state of crisis, you don't think about your own needs, so Self Care is minimally achieved. It wasn't until my children were grown and I was out of a dysfunctional marriage that my life became my own and I realized how I had to step up my Self Care game. My full time gig is helping support customers on their Self Care and healing journeys, and I wanted to take that one step further with my own business. So, I now create personal self-care products to support the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical bodies.
